Trigger Code Owners manually in Pull Request menu

You can now manually trigger Code Owners to be added to the Pull Request in the Pull Request Menu.

• Useful in scenarios like:

  • Add all Code Owners as reviewers for WIP pull request, if they are ready for final review

  • Apply changes in CODEOWNERS file of destination branch to open pull requests

  • Introduce Code Owners to new repository and apply it to already open pull requests

  • ….
